Abimo Terms of Use

By using Abimo you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Abimo is operated by its developer, based in Quebec, Canada ("we").
The service
Abimo lets you record voice notes about business ideas and generates AI-powered transcripts, analyses, scores and action plans. AI output is informational, not professional advice. Scores and suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and market research is drawn from public web sources we do not control. Decisions you make based on them, including financial ones, are your own.
Your account
You're responsible for your credentials and for the content you record. Don't upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to use. You must be at least 13 years old.
Abimo Plus
Abimo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free-trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future periods with notice through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Fair use
AI analyses consume real computing resources. We apply reasonable per-user limits (such as a number of analyses per day, shown in the app) to keep the service available for everyone. Attempting to circumvent limits, to access the service other than through the app, or to extract our prompts or models may result in account suspension.
Termination
You can stop using Abimo and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to export your ideas first.
Disclaimer and liability
Abimo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the place where they live.
